The Division 10 Board is composed the Division Captain (DCP), Division Vice Captain (VCP) and the Flotilla Commanders (FC) of each Division 10 flotilla.

The DCP is the Commanding Officer for Arizona, reporting to the Rear Commodore-Inland.
The VCP is the Executive Officer and reports to the Division Captain and the Rear Commodore.
The FC are the Commanding Officers of their city or area. They report to the Division Captain.
The Vice Flotilla Commanders (VFC) act as alternates in the absence of the FC. They report to their FC and to the DVC.
The District Commodore (DCO) is an ex officio voting member of the division board when present at a meeting.

Each year the DCP appoints 15 Staff Officers (SO) to help run the Auxiliary programs at the Division Level. SO report to the VCP and to their parallel District Staff Officer.
