The DCDR is the Division Commander, reporting to the District Captain
The DVCDR is the Chief of Staff and reports to the Division Commander The Flotilla Commanders (FC) are the Commanders of their area. They report to the Division Commander. The Vice Flotilla Commanders (VFC) may act as the senior unit elected officer when designated by or in the absence of that senior officer at meetings and functions. They report to their (FC) and to the (DVCDR)
